Los Angeles County is home to a significant number of youth aging out of the foster care system. Youth who are exiting Department of Children and Family Services or Probation Foster care are referred to as Transitional Age Youth.
Monarch's THP and THPP-FC Transitional Living Programs.
Monarch Children and Family Services is a publicly and privately funded 501(c)(3) non-profit organization designed to support transitional youth ages 18-21 years old who have aged-out of the foster care system.
